All rights of any kind in respect of this website which are not expressly granted in these terms and conditions are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Amplify24.

Amplify24 reserves the right to revoke all rights in these Terms and Conditions without notice, at any time, and for any or no reason.

Amplify24 reserves the right to stop panellists from using the website upon breach of any terms and conditions set out herein, and to make any claims or institute legal action or take any steps that Amplify24 deems appropriate to address such breach.

Availability of our services
Amplify24 aims to offer the best products and services possible, but makes no warranty that access to and use of the website, contents of the website and any services offered on the website will meet the panellist's requirements, and cannot guarantee that Amplify24 will be free of any errors and mistakes or inaccuracies, or that there will not be any interruption in service whilst the panellist is using the website.

If the panellist detects any errors and mistakes or inaccuracies, or experiences an interruption in service whilst using the website, the panellist undertakes to report these by using the "Contact Us tab" as found on the websites. In such event, Amplify24 will attempt to remedy the problem as soon as it reasonably can.

The panellist's access to the website may from time to time be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance and the introduction of new material or services. In such event, Amplify24 will attempt to restore service as soon as reasonably possible.

Membership terms and use
Obligation of panel member and participation requirements.

Obligation:

The panellist warrants that they are 18 years old or over;
The panellist warrants that they shall not register with Amplify24 for research purposes more than once.
No person may establish or maintain more than one (1) account with a panel, and each account must have a unique and valid e-mail address and password.

Requirements:
A panellists ability to participate in the services is expressly conditioned upon panellist’s compliance with these terms and conditions and with all policies and guidelines applicable to the services that Amplify24 may make available from time to time. In the event of panellist non-compliance, fraud or other inappropriate activity (as determined by Amplify24 in its sole and absolute discretion), Amplify24 may cancel or invalidate your accounts, registrations or restrict, block, limit, and prevent your access to and use of the services and, further, rewards shall be subject to forfeiture. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following requirements apply to your use of the services including but not limited to blog/forum-type of communications.

What membership entails
Panellists are invited for frequent research activities where they may share their personal experiences and opinions with Amplify24.

Panellists conduct
Amplify24 welcomes all comments that are constructive, contribute to discussions in a meaningful manner and take stories forward.

However, we will NOT condone the following:

Racism (including offensive comments based on ethnicity and nationality)
Sexism
Homophobia
Religious intolerance
Cyber bullying
Hate speech
Derogatory language
Comments inciting violence.

We ask that your comments remain relevant to the articles they appear on and do not include general banter or conversation as this dilutes the effectiveness of the comments section.

We strive to make the Amplify24 community a safe and welcoming space for all.

Amplify24 reserves the right to: 1) remove any comments that do not follow the above guidelines; and, 2) ban users who repeatedly infringe the rules.

Should you find any comments upsetting or offensive you can also flag them and we will assess it against our guidelines. Amplify24 is constantly reviewing its member conduct policy in order to create an environment conducive to constructive conversations.

Unsubscription
Each panellist reserves their right to choose in which activity they would like to take part. Membership does not depend on how many activities get taken part in. If a panellist at any time decide to unsubscribe from Amplify24, they reserve the right to do so.

Once a panellist have been permanently unsubscribed from Amplify24, they will no longer receive communication from Amplify24.

Fees for service
There is no fee associated for Amplify24 panellists to participate in Amplify24 activities.

Termination of membership by Amplify24
Notwithstanding any of the terms and conditions as stipulated in this document, Amplify24 reserves the right to terminate the membership of any panellist at their sole discretion.

In the event of termination of membership by Amplify24, Amplify24 undertakes to revoke access of said panellist to the website, application and activities.

Usernames and passwords
When the Amplify24 issues the panellist with a username and password for access to the website or app, the panellist agrees to responsibly maintain the confidentiality of the username and password issued to panellist and to accept liability and responsibility for all activities that occurs and transactions that are entered into using that username and password; and undertakes to logout at the end of each session; to notify the Amplify24 immediately of any unauthorised use of panellist’s account or any breach of security; Amplify24 will not be liable for any loss that panellist may incur as a result of someone else using panellist’s password or account, either with or without panellist’s knowledge.

Rewards policy
As a member of Amplify24, you may receive credits in the form of US Dollars which may be redeemed for GCodes online vouchers.. The Amplify24 team and its suppliers do not take any responsibility for rewards that are not received if contact details are incorrect or does not adhere to the predetermined criteria as required by Amplify24 and its rewards partners.

Amplify24 reserves the right to remove points from any member profile under their discretion. Examples for points removal includes but are not limited to:

Duplicate memberships
Malicious behaviour on any Amplify24 community touchpoints, social media and activities.
Incorrectly completing a tasks or surveys
Cheating behaviour on tasks or surveys
False friend referrals

Rewards on Amplify24 are valid for as long as Amplify24 members are active and contributing to Amplify24 surveys, tasks or application testing. Members who do not contribute in activities or redeem their points for a period of 6 months or longer may forfeit their points.

Amplify24 reserves the right to update or change the terms and conditions of the Rewards Policy at any time.

Non-disclosure policy
Content in research activities may contain confidential information and trade secrets. The information shared remains the proprietary information of Amplify24 and its clients.

Panellist are encouraged to share any suspicious behaviour by fellow panellists and notify Amplify24 at once.

Compliance with laws
You must at all times comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and orders, and not cause Amplify24 to violate any laws, rules, regulations, or orders.

Copyrights and trademarks
The services and all content and other materials contained on or within the services, including, without limitation, the Amplify24 logo, and all information, content, designs, text, graphics, information, data, software, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the ("content"), are the proprietary property of Amplify24 and its suppliers and licensors and are protected by international copyright laws.

Disclaimer
Panellist’s use of the services, including, without limitation, your use of any content, is at your sole risk. The services and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Amplify24, its affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, and their respective members, directors, officers, agents, and employees (collectively, the "providers") expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Neither Amplify24 nor any other providers warrant uninterrupted use, operation, or availability of the services or any content, or that any submission or transaction request you attempt using the services will be successful, uncorrupted, or completed within a reasonable amount of time. You will be solely responsible for any delay or loss of any kind that results from your access to, or use of, the services and the content. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Amplify24 or any other provider through or from the services, will create any warranty regarding the services that is not expressly stated in these terms and conditions.

Limitation of liability and indemnification
Neither Amplify24 nor any other providers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Amplify24 or any other providers have been advised of the possibility of these damages), resulting from your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the services or any content. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Third-party consent
The website and app may contain links or references to information, content, and services provided by third parties (collectively, "third-party content") as a service to those interested in this information. Amplify24 does not monitor or have any control over any third-party content. Amplify24 does not endorse or adopt any third-party content and can make no guarantee as to its accuracy or completeness. Amplify24 undertakes no responsibility to update or review any third-party content, and does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any information contained in any third party content. Panellists use any third party content contained therein at your own risk.

Links and advertisements
Amplify24 may provide advertising space and/or links and pointers to internet sites maintained by third parties. Amplify24 has not reviewed all of the third-party sites nor reviewed any products or services they may provide. Amplify24 is not responsible for nor does it endorse the contents or any products or services of such third parties or their sites. Amplify24 does not control in any respect any information, products or services offered or suggested by third parties on the sites. Amplify24 does not endorse or otherwise warrant or guarantee the products or services that are either advertised on the sites or connected by link.

Governing laws
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User submits to the jurisdiction of the High Court of the South Africa for all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions.
